By requesting service from Littleton Apex Plumbing, whether by phone, email, or through this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't request service or use this site.
Estimates & Pricing
We provide a flat price confirmed before any work begins, whether over the phone for simple jobs or on-site after diagnosis for more complex issues. Free estimates apply to non-emergency work; emergency calls receive an upfront price before work starts, confirmed as quickly as the situation allows. Prices are based on the actual scope of work identified at the time of service and may change if the scope changes once work is underway, with any change communicated and approved before proceeding.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We schedule appointments based on availability and, for emergencies, prioritize based on urgency. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer that time to another customer.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept standard payment methods discussed at the time of service.
Workmanship & Warranty
Work is performed to the standard described on the relevant service page and in accordance with your jurisdiction's adopted plumbing code. Any workmanship guarantee specific to a job will be communicated in writing at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from and in addition to any workmanship terms we provide.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We aren't responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage from unrelated causes, or issues arising from a customer's failure to follow reasonable post-service care instructions.
